I do this full-time and I work a full-time job, so as you can probably guess, I’m pretty busy:) I do like speaking with people personally, but I can’t return phone calls because somebody leave’s me a voicemail saying “Gerald, give me a ring”. I do require people to meet me halfway...

If I don't answer my phone... don't leave me a voicemail, shoot me a text... It is easier to keep track and get back to you when I see a text. My voicemail just gets filled up and it is hard for me to stay on top of it.
In your text let me know that you’ve listened to a video webinar and reviewed EVERYTHING on the website and that you've sent me an email with any questions you have that you couldn't find the answers to.
Again, this process allows me to be efficient - be sure to send me a text like I explained above so that I can call you back as soon as possible.
I'm talking to a lot of people and I try to reserve my time for those who are seriously considering this!

Emails with questions that have already been answered on the calls or on the website. Example: What is this? (This wastes my time and your time)
Emails pitching me your business (It's not that I don't want to take a look at what you have - I'm just trying to stay focused.)

Short, important emails from existing members.
Short, intelligent emails from prospects.
Short emails with questions NOT already answered.
